OUR mission

​At the heart of everything we do is a passion for exceptional, flavourful experiences. We are dedicated to offering each guest a memorable time, all while supporting women who are reshaping the wine industry. As more women take charge of vineyards worldwide, we proudly highlight their work in a traditionally male-dominated industry.​

​Our Wines: Pure, Organic, natural and Unforgettable

Every bottle reflects the essence of the land. The complex and fascinating flavours of our wines are a result of organic, biodynamic, and minimal intervention viticulture, which allows you to taste the pure essence of the grapes and terroir. Our wines contain no additives, low or no sulfites, and use only indigenous yeasts.

Selected by our in-house sommelier and owner, Carole Bryon (WSETdip), every wine we offer comes from small organic, biodynamic, or natural vineyards. To support women in the industry, 90% of our wine list features female winemakers.

​

We offer about 35 wines by the glass and carafe, and about 400 wines by the bottle.

Our Food: Classic French with a Creative Twist​

We are dedicated to authentic and simple French bistro cuisine made from seasonal, artisanal ingredients in our small kitchen.

Our team of chefs—Head Chef Matyas Plzak, Sous Chef Magdalena Kowalow, and Consultant Executive Chef Eliott Buchet—create classic, creative, and flavourful recipes with a French twist.

 

Enjoy our the creations of our Chef Matyas, along with selections of artisan cheese and charcuterie, perfectly complemented by our sommelier’s curated wine list.
